    Therapy sessions can be done from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are in the world, using the phone, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype.


    I use therapeutic, self-help techniques which are simple but very powerful and effective.

    EFT “tapping”(Emotional Freedom Techniques*) and TAT (Tapas Acupressure Technique) can really help to change the way you feel.


    The process is easy and painless and I will guide and support you throughout. You will end up with simple, effective tools which you will feel confident about using independently, any time you want to feel better.

    The first session is 90 minutes and costs £80.

    Subsequent sessions can be 90 minutes, or 60 minutes, which costs £65.
