    Hello, I'm Rosalind Bubb.

    I'm an experienced therapist, specialising in helping you to be happy, effective and well.

    • I'm an EFT International Advanced practitioner
    • a Counsellor accredited with the NCPS
    • TAT Professional, and
    • a Master NLP practitioner.

    I've helped hundreds of people to feel better since 2004 and I want to share the tools I've used to help you feel better.

  • I believe it's possible to change the way you feel about almost anything - if you're willing to give it some time, and make the most of using some powerful and effective, therapeutic, self-help tools which can really help to facilitate that.


    It may be that you're looking for an experienced practitioner who can support you and take care of you, so that you don't have to worry about any of it, and I'm very happy to offer that.


    And it's also possible that you could do a lot of the work by yourself, once you're confident about what you're doing.


    I aim to match your needs and wishes:

    • to support and guide you, if that's what you would like
    • and to be a partner in empowering you, so that you can be as independent as you feel comfortable with, in your abilities to make yourself feel better.

    About me...

    I have specialist training and experience in working with a number of areas, including

    I have been using therapeutic techniques (tapping and TAT) since 2004 and I've had very strong personal experiences of how powerful and life-changing they can be, and have used them to support me through some difficult times.
    I've had 12 miscarriages, and no children, but in spite of that I'm happy, peaceful and well, and I no longer feel sad or upset about what happened, and I don't have any regrets. I'm able to feel like this because of all the therapeutic work I've done on myself (both on my own, and with the support of expert therapists) and so I know what's possible and I'm passionate about sharing that with people.
